How my recipes benefit: Behavior Problems

Haven't we all experienced feeling bad in one way or another after a Thanksgiving meal? We've all had those wiped out feelings, sluggish or tired feelings, headaches, indigestion, feeling irritable, grouchy or moody. It seems obvious to me that what we eat effects how we feel. Eliminating certain additives, food dyes, and different things from the diets of children with behavior problems, can become complicated and difficult.

My recipes give adults and children with behavior problems a simple, uncomplicated way to avoid all harmful foods and additives. Feeling good is good for you, and my natural recipes are beneficial to everyone. They are high in magnesium, which is lacking in people with mood swings and other behavior problems. Once your basic nutrition is good, supplements can beneficial. I've found an excellent one called "CalMax" (A link to purchase CalMax online is on my "Links
" page) that can help some children and adults who have Attention Deficit Disorder or hyperactivity. CalMax is a powder of magnesium and calcium that is mixed in water and is absorbed quickly.

It is nearly impossible for someone to control their mood, behavior, temper or rage if they don't feel well. Getting the artificial foods out of your body and replacing them with natural foods will automatically make you feel better. You have to feel better to act better.

Many people cannot tolerate some or all of the manufactured foods available today. If not certain which ones, why not make it easy for yourself and avoid them all by using my recipes. You need the right foods to perform right.

What kind of fuel are you putting in your body?
