Any reputable doctor will tell you that diabetes and hypoglycemia can be prevented. If you are a
Type 2 diabetic, it can be improved or reversed. It's the refined and manufactured simple carbohydrates,
such as sugar, refined syrups and white bread products that harm diabetics and hypoglycemics. It's the
complex carbohydrates that are needed for good health. The brain is fueled by complex carbohydrates.
They include: fruit, honey, and the whole grains I use in my recipes. Honey is fructose, the same as
fruit. Your doctor or dietitian can tell
each individual his or her daily allowance.
