It is a well-established fact that exercise is very important. But is also good to know, that even if you
are unable to exercise, you can still improve your health or lose weight when eating all natural foods.
I've received e-mails from people who tell me they noticed that they could lose weight without exercising
if they ate only natural foods. No one was more surprised than I, when I improved to such a great
extent without exercising. Just the routine of daily activities with light exercise, is enough exercise for
most people, if a variety of natural foods are eaten and manufactured foods avoided. If you need to
exercise vigorously to keep from gaining weight, then you're eating the wrong foods!
