How my recipes benefit: Exercise

It is a well-established fact that exercise is very important. But is also good to know, that even if you are unable to exercise, you can still improve your health or lose weight when eating all natural foods. I've received e-mails from people who tell me they noticed that they could lose weight without exercising if they ate only natural foods. No one was more surprised than I, when I improved to such a great extent without exercising. Just the routine of daily activities with light exercise, is enough exercise for most people, if a variety of natural foods are eaten and manufactured foods avoided. If you need to exercise vigorously to keep from gaining weight, then you're eating the wrong foods!

So take heart, and use my recipes as a guide to eating natural non-manufactured foods. My recipes taste just like you're eating the tastiest conventional foods. I use ingredients familiar to everyone. You can and will improve even without exercise. As soon as I was able though, I began with very light exercise and slowly increased it according to my ability. Choose an exercise that compliments your personality and preference. Once your weight and health improves, you'll find that you too can exercise to some degree. Being able to exercise properly depends on your mobility and the nutrition your body receives.
