If you get seven or eight hours of sleep each night, you shouldn't be tired. If you frequently feel
fatigued for no good reason, chances are it's the food you're eating. Man-made foods and additives,
I believe, are a common cause of fatigue. I wouldn't be a bit surprised, if many people diagnosed with
chronic fatigue, found that it disappeared when 90% of manufactured foods were eliminated from their
diets. Mine did. It's amazing how much better a person feels when eating natural, unaltered foods.
Every day I am still amazed at how great I feel. I'm so full of energy.
