How my recipes benefit: Fatigue

If you get seven or eight hours of sleep each night, you shouldn't be tired. If you frequently feel fatigued for no good reason, chances are it's the food you're eating. Man-made foods and additives, I believe, are a common cause of fatigue. I wouldn't be a bit surprised, if many people diagnosed with chronic fatigue, found that it disappeared when 90% of manufactured foods were eliminated from their diets. Mine did. It's amazing how much better a person feels when eating natural, unaltered foods. Every day I am still amazed at how great I feel. I'm so full of energy.

While technology has produced some amazing and tasty manufactured foods, nature didn't give our bodies the ability to process them normally. While some additives are acceptable, many cause adverse reactions, including fatigue. I cannot eat a can of soup containing MSG and "natural flavorings" without feeling weak, wiped out, and fatigued within an hour or two. When I eliminated manufactured foods, within weeks my chronic fatigue was gone and it has never returned. I now have energy that I never every had when I was younger.

If you suffer from fatigue, lethargy, tiredness, feeling sluggish, wiped out, weak, lack of energy or pep, my recipes are just what you need. If blood tests or x-rays don't show a definitive cause of your fatigue, then eating natural foods with my recipes as a guide, will help prevent fatigue and give you the energy you desire.

What kind of fuel are you putting in your body?
