Once in a while, someone will say to me, "I'm happy to see the extraordinary changes you've made
in your health with your recipes. I admire what you've done. But I don't have any health problems and
can eat all the regular food and junk food I want. I don't need to go to the trouble of using honey and
different flours." My answer to them is that the absence of a major illness doesn't necessarily mean
you're healthy. I believe the appearance of good health is definitely the perfect time to start eating
natural foods thereby preventing any future problems.
