Healthy People

Once in a while, someone will say to me, "I'm happy to see the extraordinary changes you've made in your health with your recipes. I admire what you've done. But I don't have any health problems and can eat all the regular food and junk food I want. I don't need to go to the trouble of using honey and different flours." My answer to them is that the absence of a major illness doesn't necessarily mean you're healthy. I believe the appearance of good health is definitely the perfect time to start eating natural foods thereby preventing any future problems.

Healthy people who have used my cookbooks tell me they were surprised at how much better they felt. They were conditioned to feeling certain ways that they believed were normal, and were amazed when vague tiredness, mild indigestion, and occasional headaches disappeared.

An ounce of prevention is truly worth a pound of cure. Some healthy people don't remain healthy forever. Were you able to afford that fancy new car because you cut back on your grocery bill? Don't you want to be around at least as long as your car? The most valuable asset you have is your health. Too often, people realize this only when they no longer have it. The percentage of people who abuse their bodies with man-made foods and live to a ripe old age, is so small it would take a rocket scientist to calculate it. I want you to have good health for your lifetime. Natural and nutritious food contained in my recipes is the best and easiest way to achieve this goal.

What kind of fuel are you putting in your body?
