Heart Disease, Circulatory Problems (including the need for Viagra), High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Triglycerides
I've looked at cookbooks with recipes for heart disease and related problems. I've found maybe two or
three recipes that sounded good and were truly good for you. My recipes are not only delicious, but
are ideal for heart and related problems. I had two types of irregular heart beat for my entire adult life.
Doctors could not find a reason for this. I took 6 heart tablets daily for all this time. In less than a year
on my natural nutrition, I was surprised to realize I could reduce my dosage. Over 3 years, my heart
began to beat more regular on its own, and by 2002 I was only taking 2 heart tablets a day. Currently,
I am taking half that dosage twice a day. My cardiologist is amazed. Clearly, what I was eating had
been adversely affecting the regularity of my heartbeat. In the year 1990, my blood pressure had risen to
220/110. With my doctor's care, it wouldn't go any lower than 160/104 and remained there until I
changed my way of eating. Within a year of eating naturally, my blood pressure leveled out at
120 to 130 over 70 to 80 and remains there. My recipes also work for heart disease and clogged
arteries. The need for Viagra is a circulatory problem and what works
for circulation in one area of the body will work for circulation in another area. My recipes avoid all the
fats that are harmful to the heart and circulation. My recipes avoid all the fats that raise cholesterol and
triglyceride levels, and cause high blood
pressure. Triglycerides are blood fat levels and are as dangerous as high cholesterol. These levels are
especially high in overweight people. Mine were over 600 and within a year fell to 98. My cholesterol
was 240 and fell to 159. My recipes include the good fats of omega 3 fatty acids that
reverse these problems and include a low salt option. I think right here is the perfect moment
to discuss the controversial egg. Over the decades, the news has been that eggs are first bad for you,
then good for you.... No, they're not....Yes, they are.... No, they're not.... Yes, they are.... So what is it?
The answer lies in common sense. Eggs are almost a perfect food. They are 100% natural. They are
full of nutrition, including a great source of protein and iron. Best of all the yolk contains lecithin,
which breaks down fat in the body. I've eaten 2 eggs nearly every day for many years. It was only
when I avoided the harmful fats in other foods, that my cholesterol level fell from 240 to 159 in less
than a year. The body needs natural cholesterol every day. That's why the body has a cholesterol
level. Logic tells me that eggs are good eggs, not bad eggs. And one egg contains only 70 calories,
but who's counting?
