Poems Poetry can inspire the mind to clearly see where one was blind. To seek the truth in graceful words, and dazzle more than singing birds. Words that rhyme, delight with joy the hearts of every girl and boy. Each verse creates a picture show of wonder that begins to grow. My poems reflect what I have learned, expressing dreams that I have yearned. Nutrition changed my life, you see. I reflect my thoughts in poetry. This book begins a wake-up call I hope is heeded by one and all. Man-made foods are used too much. Our bodies need a healthy touch. I ask to show you where to start. With poetry, I play my part. Nature's garden holds the key, for nutrition with integrity. Mary Glenda |
