Recipes in All Cookies Cookbook

The following is a list of the 19 recipes in "All Cookies Cookbook". I can't emphasize enough how nutritious these recipes are for you. I believe they're actually better for you than some quickly thrown together meals or most fast foods.

All recipes listed below are: Fat-Free, Sugar-Free, Wheat-Free, Low Gluten, Lower Calorie, Natural, and Uncomplicated. For those with Celiac Sprue disease and require gluten-free, this cookbook is my only cookbook that is not 100% gluten-free. It is wheat-free and low gluten.

Note:  I do not give a breakdown of calories, carbs, fat, fiber etc. for each recipe. I do however give a "nutritional background" for each of my main ingredients throughout my cookbooks, and on the "My Ingredients" page on my website. My natural recipes are naturally lower in calories, fat, and high in fiber. Our bodies recognize and understand natural foods, but do not recognize or understand refined foods.

  1. Apple Pie Cookies . The apples and spices in the batter, fruit in the center make these old fashioned cookies reminiscent of Archway cookies.

  2. Chocolate Fudge Walnut Cookies . Two kinds of chocolate, honey and nuts, make a fudgy delight for chocolate lovers.

  3. Maple Pecan Cookies . These tasty cookies have pecans and maple syrup in the batter, and a whole pecan on top of each cookie.

  4. Crispy Chewy Peanut Bars  (No-Bake) Crispy rice, oats, peanuts and honey make a delightful no-bake cookie bar.

  5. Strawberry Cookies . Strawberries and honey in the batter, with fruit in the center, make this luscious soft cookie reminiscent of Archway cookies.

  6. Butterscotchie Cookies . These are just as tasty as they sound, with honey and butterscotch chips. The amount of sugar in the chips per cookie is negligible.

  7. Gingerbread Cookies . An old-time favorite made a new healthy way with fresh ginger, molasses and honey.

  8. Granola Bars . These are the healthiest and tastiest bars yet, with oats, walnuts, honey, raisins, or your choice of dried fruit.

  9. Spicy Raisin Cookies . The house will fill with wonderful aromas while these spicy cookies bake. Honey, raisins, spices, and nuts make an unforgettable, delicious cookie.

  10. Sweet Butter Flavored Cookies . These delicate cookies are everything the name implies.

  11. White Chocolate Cookies . These cookies, sweet with honey, will make you smile. I have used white chips, but the amount of sugar per cookie is very low.

  12. Pecan Maple Butterscotch Bars . Oh yes, these cookie bars are mouth-watering! Pecans, maple syrup, and butterscotch chips will keep you smacking your lips. The amount of sugar in the chips per bar is very low.

  13. Blueberry Cookies . These scrumptious charmers contain blueberries, which are high in antioxidants and are the most nutritious fruit.

  14. Pineapple Cookies . The mild taste of crushed pineapple is complimented by the sweetness of maple syrup and honey. Walnuts give added texture, taste and nutrition in the form of the good fats of omega 3's.

  15. Honey Nut Sweeties . Just like it says, these cookies are sweet with extra honey and loaded with walnuts, which contain omega 3 fatty acids.

  16. Chocolate Chip Cookies . It was a challenge to make a really good chocolate chip cookie with the taste of brown sugar and not use any. But I did. There's always room for a good chocolate chip cookie, especially if it's a healthier choice! The amount of sugar in the chips per cookie is negligible.

  17. Cranberry Orange Cookies . This is a superb tasting unique cookie you'll never forget! Even if cranberries are not your favorite, you'll love these sweet, incredible cookies.

  18. Chocolate Strawberry Bars . If you like the combination of chocolate and strawberries, you'll be on cloud 9 eating these delicious, chewy cookie bars.

  19. Fudge Popsicles . What delicious fun! These can be prepared in less than 10 minutes and frozen in just a few hours. Made with honey and real chocolate, they are smooth, creamy, fudgy, sweet and natural (Manufactured popsicles are a chemical buffet). You may freeze these in ice cube trays or popsicle molds. Rice or soy milk is an option for those with milk allergies.

I use one egg in each cookie recipe. Eggs are natural and full of nutrition, including protein and iron. Our bodies need some natural cholesterol daily. That's why we have a "cholesterol blood level". Eggs are not harmful. The yolk contains lecithin, which breaks down fat in the body. For those with allergies, egg substitute may be used.

My ingredients are easily available for reasonable prices at local supermarkets or health food stores.
