Recipes in All Soups Cookbook

The following is a list of the 19 recipes in "All Soups Cookbook". I can't emphasize enough how nutritious these recipes are for you. I believe they're actually better for you than some quickly thrown together meals or most fast foods.

All recipes listed below are fat-free, low fat, sugar-free, wheat-free, gluten-free, additive-free, lower calorie, natural and uncomplicated.

Note:  I do not give a breakdown of calories, carbs, fat, fiber etc. for each recipe. I do however give a "nutritional background" for each of my main ingredients throughout my cookbooks, and on the "My Ingredients" page on my website. My natural recipes are naturally lower in calories, fat, and high in fiber. Our bodies recognize and understand natural foods, but do not recognize or understand refined foods.

  1. Super Duper Garden Soup . The name says it all. With healthy and well-liked vegetables, it will brighten any day.

  2. Beef & Turkey Bacon Soup . An extremely flavorful, very low fat, nutritious, and heavy on the meat soup. Bison is always a tasty substitute for regular beef. Organic beef may also be used.

  3. Yellow & Green Split Pea Soup . Very tasty, colorful, nutritious and high in fiber. Wow!

  4. Pasta Soup with Chicken . You just can't beat chicken and pasta! This pasta is made with whole grain brown rice (found in nutrition section in supermarket) and won't cause you health or weight problems. Tastes great!

  5. Egg Soup . Eggs are extremely good for you. This soup is something different with a unique, delicious taste. Eggs contain protein, iron, and the lecithin in the yolks break down fat in the body.

  6. Black Bean & Barley Soup . A really hearty, scrumptious, stick-to-your-ribs soup. For those who can't tolerate barley, an alternative is suggested in the cookbook.

  7. Cantaloupe Soup . (No Cooking) This cold refreshing soup is great on a hot summer day, or in front of a roaring fire on a winter day.

  8. Onion Soup . This onion lovers delight can be tangy or mild. It's absolutely delicious, and especially easy to make.

  9. Cream of Chicken Soup . Perfect or for what ails you. With sumptuous sautéed bites of chicken breasts, this creamy soup is a delectable meal in a bowl. For those with milk allergies, a milk substitute may be used.

  10. Beef Vegetable Soup . An old favorite with such great taste that you won't be able to stop smacking your lips! Bison or organic beef may be use in place of regular beef.

  11. Lentil & Lemon & Rice Soup . A really delightful soup with a hint of lemon! It will put a smile in your eyes.

  12. Chicken Vegetable Soup . A filling and hearty, great tasting soup that will make you feel good while putting a spring in your step.

  13. Cheeseburger Soup . This soup is so good that you'll prefer it over a cheeseburger sandwich any day. Bison or organic beef may be use in place of regular beef. Bison is actually tastier.

  14. Creamy Corn Soup . It's really hard to stop at seconds with this creamy, flavorful soup!

  15. Old Fashioned Vegetable Soup . A big favorite just like grandma used to make that made you happy.

  16. Fish & Corn Soup . This is not a chowder, but an even better, nutritious and quick to make soup. Your choice of white fish or salmon. I don't use tuna or swordfish because of their high mercury content.

  17. Best Chili For You . This delicious, easily digestible and healthy chili will not require an antacid after eating.

  18. Salmon Salad . This quick to make (10 to 15 minutes), cold canned salmon salad is delightfully tasty and high in the important good fats of omega 3's. To rid hands of strong smells, after washing, rub hands with a silverware utensil such as a large spoon.

  19. Hearty Corn Muffins . With just the right hint of sweetness, these incredible corn muffins, made differently than cornbread, compliment any soup.

My ingredients are easily available for reasonable prices at local supermarkets or health food stores.
