Recipes in Breakfast Cookbook

I have the ultimate breakfast cookbook for you! I discovered it was difficult to find cookbooks containing only healthy breakfast recipes. Conventional breakfast recipes are usually found in cookbooks containing other recipes and are high in fat or other unhealthy ingredients. So I have created an appealing variety of healthy, natural breakfast recipes. Though some of my recipe titles say "fried", they are not fried in the usual way. They are fried very low fat and taste just as good. Substitutions are listed in the cookbook for milk, cheese, eggs, sour cream, nuts and honey.

The following is a list and description of the 47 recipes in my Breakfast Cookbook. There are also extra variations of these recipes in my cookbook that aren't listed here. My breakfast recipes are fat-free, low fat, sugar-free, wheat-free, gluten-free, additive-free, lower in calories, natural and uncomplicated.

Note:  I do not give a breakdown of calories, carbs, fat, fiber etc. for each recipe. I do however give a "nutritional background" for each of my main ingredients throughout my cookbooks, and on the "My Ingredients" page on my website. My natural recipes are naturally lower in calories, fat, and high in fiber. Our bodies recognize and understand natural foods, but do not recognize or understand refined foods.

  1. Quick Homemade Mild Sausage
The healthiest way to eat delicious sausage is to make it yourself. My way is hassle-free, takes 5 minutes to mix 5 spices into ground lean pork or turkey. Increase spices as desired. I have a secret for the fat-free moistness.

  2. Sliced & Fried Breakfast Loaf
This is not a meatloaf. This is a whole grain, pork or turkey cooked in a different way and put in a loaf pan. It's refrigerated, then sliced, fried and browned in a cooking spray. Terrific!

  3. Steak & Eggs
Two healthy ways to prepare steak and serve with eggs.

  4. Farmer's Breakfast
This is a nearly fat-free skillet breakfast containing every favorite breakfast food except ham. Ham contains a chemical buffet.

  5. Sausage & Egg Bake
A combination of sausage, cheese with eggs on top. A quick and easy, scrumptious bake.

  6. Breakfast Bread Pudding
This pleasing recipe uses the homemade sausage and quick breads in this cookbook. It's almost a complete breakfast in itself! Tasty too!

  7. Morning Fish Bake
I think this delicious, appetizing, fat-free dish tastes very much like a McDonald's Fillet O' Fish with tarter sauce, but without the bun.

  8. Bountiful Breakfast Pizza
This is my favorite recipe. The easy crust is like a tender biscuit and the dough is mixed and spread in the pan like frosting. Well-liked breakfast foods are layered as toppings. This delicious pizza is even better reheated.

  9. Fast Healthy Breakfast
Different ideas are given so you can compile a healthy, delightful breakfast on your plate.

  10. Apple Cinnamon Pancakes  with maple cinnamon syrup
These are so good that leftovers can be eaten cold right from the refrigerator as finger food. Sweet and tasty!

  11. Light Buttermilk Pancakes  with honey & cream syrup
    (blueberries and other options)

These are truly light and fluffy, even though they're made from healthy whole grain. These delicate gluten-free pancakes are mouth-watering and excellent!

  12. Savory Vegetable Pancakes
These are really quite tasty, tender and a great way to get those healthy vegetables in you. Children like them too.

  13. "Take-Along" Breakfast Cookies
They look like cookies, but are a complete breakfast containing oats, eggs, cheese and turkey bacon. They're great!

  14. Bacon & Cheese Muffin Biscuits
These are just what they say they are, and a good, filling breakfast on the run.

  15. Strawberry Muffins
    A sweet healthy delight.

  16. Oatmeal Honey Muffins
    A robust, nutritious, delicious muffin.

  17. Big Loaf Quick Bread
It took several tries to make a yeast-free, wheat-free loaf of bread rise above the rim of the pan. But this hearty, pleasing bread does it big time!

  18. Spelt Biscuits
The best textured biscuits are made with lard or Crisco and refined white wheat flour. Of course this is terrible for you. These biscuits made with spelt flour and a little natural butter, are a good, tasty, healthy substitute.

  19. Drop Biscuits
These low fat biscuits contain buttermilk and whole grain rice flour. They are soft, tender and mild flavored.

  20. Quinoa Quick Bread
Quinoa flour is a complete protein and totally gluten-free for those who cannot tolerate a speck of gluten. This nutritious, flavorful loaf rises nearly to the top of the pan.

  21. Sausage Gravy
This is an absolutely delicious fat-free and wheat-free gravy.

  22. Apricot Quick Bread
A wonderful, large, high loaf made with dried apricots and apricot preserves.

  23. Date Nut Sticks
This recipe is a favorite. It contains mostly dried dates and nuts with a little honey and brown rice flour. Exquisite!

  24. Sweet Orange Quick Bread
A luscious high rise quick bread made with fresh, sweet oranges.

  25. Cheese Puffs
These are made with cheese, brown rice flour (which is off-white, not brown) and spices. They're shaped smaller than a walnut and bake in minutes. A tantalizing favorite with children.

  26. Healthy Eggs Benedict
Conventional Eggs Benedict has a sauce high in fat plus the additive laden Canadian bacon. This recipe is free of these things using tasty substitutions making it healthy as well as scrumptious.

  27. Ranchero Eggs
A wonderful baked dish with a Mexican flair made more appealing with eggs on top.

  28. Scrambled Eggs  with cheese sauce and options
Fluffy, light and moist, no added fat, microwaved scrambled eggs. Several options for variations are given, plus 2 enticing, flavorful, zesty cheese sauces that can have many other uses also.

  29. Sunny-Side-Up Egg Bake
Just as it sounds, and cheerful too!

  30. Cheese & Walnut Pie
Something really different, that's full of flavor and nutritious too.

  31. Grits & Cheese Patties
I love these patties. A great way to include grits (made from corn) as an appetizing treat at breakfast time.

  32. Great Omelets Quick & Easy
How to make easy, no-fail omelets using a variety of tasty, favorite toppings.

  33. Potato Cakes
These are really delectable and reheat well as do all the recipes in my cookbook.

  34. Parmesan Potato Puffs
Boiled white potatoes are mashed mixed with other zesty ingredients. The puffs are rolled in a unique coating and baked. Elegant!

  35. Easy Potato & Cheese Bake  (2 ways)
There are 2 recipes here. 1 made with white potato slices that is really delicious, and another is a superb, savory casserole made easily with instant potato flakes. Excellent!

  36. Hash Browns  (3 ways)
3 really tasty and terrific hash brown recipes.

An unusual, really easy cold, healthy cereal that's ready-to-eat.

  43. Cooked Cereals
Ideas for nutritious, healthy cooked cereals.

  44. Easy Homemade Apple Butter
Truly easy, with most of the work done in the oven. Luscious and aromatic. Stored in the refrigerator.

  45. Fried Banana Sandwiches

This is the way I like them. I love colorful breakfasts, don't you?
