I have taken extra care to fully describe on my website the recipes in my cookbooks and the ingredients that I use. So please be sure you want the cookbook(s) you are ordering. I created my recipes through much difficulty and research. They are unique, copyrighted, and cannot be found anywhere else, only on my website. My recipes are not duplicated versions found in other cookbooks.

For customers in the continental United States, books may be returned within 14 days of the shipping date that is on the invoice, which is included with your order. Thereafter, all sales are final. You may return your merchandise and receive a refund for the purchase price minus shipping and handling charges and re-stocking fees. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping fees to return damaged books to customer will be deducted from any refund due. Returns must be in undamaged, resaleable, and original pristine condition.

For customers outside of the continental United States, books may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date that is on the invoice, which is included with your order, due to longer shipping times.

We use a United States Postal Service (USPS) Post Office Box to receive mail correspondence. Therefore, returns must be sent using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or any delivery service that will deliver to a post office box. FedEx and UPS do not deliver to post office boxes. For your protection, we recommend that you include insurance and delivery confirmation when shipping your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

If you are not using the original corrugated shipping box (and packing material) that was used to send your order, be sure to use a corrugated box that is an appropriate size so that books are not loose inside of shipping box. If needed, you may wish to use packing peanuts to prevent books from being loose inside of shipping box.

Don't forget to include a copy of your sales receipt / invoice with your return. Your return will not be processed without it.

Do not send returns in envelopes or bags, even if they are lined with bubble wrap. These do not provide sufficient protection for books. We will not be responsible for damaged returns.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued by the original method of purchase (e.g. credit card or money order) 10 to 14 business days after returns have been received and inspected. If returned books are found to be in less than the original, pristine condition after inspection, any refund will be void and the books will be returned to buyer. Shipping fees to return damaged books to customer will be deducted from any refund due.
